Warranty Information

Once your warranty claim has been submitted, here’s what you can expect: 

• Processing Time: Please allow 2–3 business days for our team to review your claim and respond. 

• Form Completion: Ensure all required fields are filled out accurately to avoid delays. 

• Claim Review: We will review the submitted photos and claim details to determine if the issue qualifies under NOVA’s warranty terms. 

• Expert Involvement: If needed, our product specialists and quality assurance team will assist in the evaluation. 

• Claim Approval: If your claim is approved, we will refer you to the appropriate installer to carry out the approved work. 

• Pre-Approval Required: No work should begin until NOVA has formally approved the resolution plan. 

• Installer Assignment: In some cases, we may assign a different authorized installer best suited to handle your claim. 

We aim to send you back to your original installer whenever possible. However, if needed, we’ll assign another authorized installer best suited for your case.

Yes. If you register the warranty by yourself, you need to provide an invoice from the shop that installed the films. If you are one of our approved dealerships, all you need to provide is the purchase receipt from us.
